Have you ever wanted to exercise, but find the idea of exercising in front of others intimidating? Then Figures For Women might be your answer! As the name implies, this is a women-only discrete exercise area that is separate from our main workout area.
Figures For Women is a circuit-based workout program that uses hydraulic resistance. You set the pace – the faster you push and pull, the harder the workout.
Do the circuit as many (or as few) times as you like—customize the workout to your level of fitness!
Don’t get bored, switch it up! We have resistance tubes, hand-weights, bands, weighted bars, medicine balls and more to keep things fresh and interesting.
