Aerobic and Spin Class Descriptions:
Our fitness classes are self-paced, which means that you should exercise at your preferred fitness level. We have both genders and people of all ages and fitness levels attending our classes. Except for Figures Power Hour, all our classes are co-ed. Please let the instructor know if you are a newcomer and/or if have any medical or physical limitations.
High Intensity Interval Training…You vary your pace and intensity of the activity, pushing your limits and then dropping back down to a more comfortable zone..then repeat the cycle..rev it up, recovery, rev it up, recover..the payoff? HIP HOP TOTAL BODY
This class uses simplified hip hop dance moves and combines extreme toning exercises for complete fat burning, strength training fun!!
This class works every muscle group with 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
This class is a nonstop fat burner to the core! Various different drills including burpees, mountain climbers and ab blasters. Challenging and fun!!
BUTTS & GUTS
This class focuses on the lower body and abs. Fast paced and challenging!
